...are the Hatches? Not in Provo anymore, but don't worry we didn't go far. We actually moved closer to David's work, which would be awesome for him if he still didn't have to drop me off at school. But at least the countdown to graduation has commenced for me- 8 months and I'll be a college graduate.

Without further chatter here's our house:

We actually started throwing around the idea of buying a house a couple months ago and here we are. It didn't take us very long to decide because we were looking for something pretty specific.

The basement is unfinished (well it's 65% complete) so David is going to finish it and then the plan is to rent out part of the house.

It's a big project but we are pretty excited, (excited like we love watching do it yourself videos non-stop now). I took before pictures of the basement so in a few months I'll post the before and after pictures so you can see what we've been up to.

 And to give you a taste of the renovation in action:

This room will be our biggest project.
